张宇简介

·上海交通大学医学院麻醉专业博士。美国芝加哥西北大学Northwestern University访问学者(一年)

·贵州省高层次创新型“千层次”人才、遵义医科大学青年优秀人才。遵义医科大学麻醉综合实验室副主任、“贵州省麻醉与器官保护基础研究重点实验室”全身麻醉机制研究方向主要负责人。

·中国药理学会麻醉药理专业委员会青年委员会副主任委员。

·主持国家自然科学基金2项(2014年、2018年),2017年获批贵州省科技计划项目1项,现有科研经费一百余万元。

·在The Faseb journal(中科院一区)、Frontiers in Cellular Neuroscience(中科院二区)等杂志发表SCI期刊论文10余篇。

1. 国家自然科学基金委员会,地区项目,81460219,全身麻醉机制与星形胶质细胞突触传递调控作用的相关性研究,2015/01-2018/12,47万元,已结题,主持。研究意义:聚焦全麻药物对星形胶质细胞突触传递调控功能,实验结果从星形胶质细胞角度解释了全麻药物干扰相邻神经元同步活动的相关机制。

2. 国家自然科学基金委员会,地区项目,81760259,全身麻醉药丙泊酚对丘脑外侧区网状核神经通路的作用机制研究,2018/01-2021/12,34万元,在研,主持。研究意义:将中枢特定神经通路作为研究对象,从丙泊酚对“丘脑闸门”的作用中探索全身麻醉致意识消失机制的线索。

3. 贵州省科技计划项目,黔科合基础[2017]1430,丙泊酚对丘脑网状核神经元电突触传递的作用研究,2017/10-2020/10,10万元,在研,主持。研究意义:首次观察全麻药物对电突触传递的影响,分析全麻药物对神经微网络整合过程的作用机制。
